Your private guide will meet you before the tour at your Hotel or Apartment in Zurich. Start your day without any worries.

We depart Zurich central station between 7-8 AM.
The train will take us to Interlaken. We board a ship for a 1-hour cruise on the beautiful Lake Brienz.
Enjoy on this cruise the first-class upper deck.

The ship will bring us at around 10 am to the Giessbach waterfalls situated along the historic Giessbach grand hotel. After a short funicular ride, we arrive right at the foot of the waterfalls. We can spend there between 2 and 3 hours, take a short hike to the waterfalls and grab some lunch.

Later we take another ship for a short 15 minutes ride that will bring us to the Station of the Brienzer Rothorn-Bahn.

We are in for a treat, an unforgettable uphill journey to the Brienzer Rothorn trough the beautiful scenery awaits us. It`s mostly operated with a 125-year old steam engine.

One hour later we arrive at the mountain station. Elevation: 2,244 m (7,362 ft)

We can spend there up to two hours before starting our journey downhill, by train as well. From there we travel back to Zurich on the fastest train to your point of departure.

We arrive between 9-10 PM back at the Zurich central station from where your guide will take you back to your Hotel or Apartment.
