Deposit for long-distance tours booked with the Standard or Early bird rate (all tickets provided by me). This deposit is CHF 150 per adult & day. For children, you don't need to make a deposit.

Cancelation policy Standard rate

The deposit is refundable* up to 20 days before departure.

If you cancel less than 20 days before departure or in case of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

*Tours that require seat and time slot reservations, or increased planning efforts, such as the Jungfraujoch and the Mount Schilthorn tour, have a non-refundable fee. You can find the detailed cancelation policy at the bottom of every tour description page on the price table.

Cancelation policy Early bird rate

The deposit is non-refundable from the time of booking.

Balance

The balance can be paid directly to me on the morning of the tour day, in cash or by credit card.
